I was staring at this drop on Exclusible 
of virtual luxury real estate in The Sandbox. It's an exclusive neighbourhood, there well be a museum and other expensive villa's. Of course, one should not object too much against the blocky look of that virtual environment.
The NFT will have 'utilities' like access to exclusive party's and you'll get free NFT-stuff for the villa. But it's still 6 ether, but then again, the ether is going down every day. Maybe in a not too distant future the proletariat will be able to afford exclusive villa's.
