How to find Signals and use them. We use them by using this pattern:

- Scan your environment, online or first hand. Look for specific, concrete changes.

- Give the signal a title and brief description.

- Think through the implications. Ask "so what?", how will this change our work, learning, living together...

- Even more questions: is the signal specific, current, compelling? Does it put into question existing boundaries? Could it spread virally? Could it shift worldviews and change identities? Does it challenge existing authority?

- An interesting signal will not necessarily go mainstream. It uncovers an emergent motivation, structure or behavior and so helps us expand the range of possible forecasts.

- Find a way to save, share and tag as needed. Indicate the source. Here we can use Fedwiki. I think I might use clusters to group signals together.
